Industrial Robotics & Cell Assembly
Mechanical and electrical installation of industrial robotic cells. Work includes positioning multi-axis robots, mounting end-of-arm tooling (EOAT/grippers), laying energy chains (dress packs), and securing safety fencing around the perimeter.
Field integration according to layout drawings and safety standards. From 7th-axis travel track assembly to sensor/pneumatic connections on the gripper, execution covers physical installation up to signal checks and I/O testing.
Robot & track installation – Floor anchoring, leveling, and mechanical mounting of multi-axis industrial robots and 7th-axis travel tracks.
EOAT & dress pack assembly – Mounting grippers, vacuum cups, pneumatic valves, and routing flexible dress packs along robot arms.

Shuttle System Maintenance & Servicing
We perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on Shuttle systems. Our technicians handle complete field servicing—from planned wear-and-tear component replacements to troubleshooting complex hardware faults directly on the maintenance deck.
We ensure fast return-to-service and reliable operation. After mechanical adjustments or part replacements, we connect directly via MCC software to verify onboard diagnostics, clear active faults, and safely recommission the shuttle into the live automated system.
Wear-part replacement – Replacing worn wheels, belts, fingers, guide rollers, and mechanical drive components.
Mechanical alignment & inspection – Checking chassis geometry, sensor brackets, belt tension, and mechanical tolerances.
MCC connection & diagnostics – Connecting via MCC interface to read error logs, check onboard parameters, and clear system faults.
Functional testing & startup – Executing manual test runs, verifying signal feedback, and safely returning shuttles to automatic operation.
Hands-on shuttle servicing and software-assisted recommissioning.
Industrial scanner & vision integration
We handle the physical mounting of industrial vision systems and barcode scanners. Our technicians install optical units along conveyor routes and automated sorting lines, ensuring correct focal distances, and secure bracket mounting.
We work with leading industry hardware, including Cognex, Sick, Keyence, Datalogic, and Pepperl+Fuchs. From 1D/2D code readers to multi-camera identification gates, we route power/data cables, adjust scanner angles, and assist during initial trigger and read-rate verification.

AS-interface & conveyor tuning
Field addressing and parameter configuration for AS-i bus networks and conveyor modules. Execution includes physical laying of yellow AS-i flat cables, slave node addressing, and line-side sensor/actuator integration directly along the conveyor beds.
Fine-tuning and conveyor commissioning via handhelds and software. Using addressing units, ECC interface tools, and MCC software, we adjust speed parameters, sensor logic, and zone-zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) settings directly on site.
